Li Junyi was born in 1963. He holds a bachelor degree, is a deputy chief physician and a member of the Zhengzhou CPPCC Committee. He is currently the Dean of the Henan Donghai Liver Disease Hospital and dean of the Henan Donghai Hepatobiliary Medicine Institute, and the deputy director of the China Center for the Prevention and Treatment of Liver Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association. In 1989, Li Junyi started the Liver Disease Department of the East China Sea through self-financing. From the initial stage of more than 10 people, the small clinic with a total asset of less than 100,000 yuan has developed into the largest liver disease clinic in Henan Province.
