H-150机械泵在各种真空作业中被广泛的应用,泵的失效维修对企业来说尤为重要,而我们在泵的日常维修工作中,仅对一些零部件更换是远远不够的。所以对泵工作时泄漏原理的研究分析就很重要,这对机械泵维修工作有着重要的指导意义。经分析研究发现,泵腔与滑阀及泵端盖与滑阀之间的间隙值对泵的泄漏量有着决定性的影响,而泄漏量又决定这泵的极限真空。所以要在泵维修时对泵各零件间的间隙进行严格控制,同时对相应的失效零部件进行更换和修复,这样才能有效地保证泵的维修质量,才能保证维修后泵的真空度。
