目的在ISO9001标准化管理的基础上,运用流程再造管理理论对消毒供应室流程进行再造和优化,使供应室的管理科学化、标准化及精细化。方法通过学习培训、流程再造、实施完善、检查评估四个阶段,改造操作流程。结果消毒供应室工作质量、临床科室对供应室的工作满意度及供应室工作人员对工作的满意情况,与实施流程再造前对比,都有了明显提高。结论消毒供应室运用ISO9001质量管理体系和流程再造管理理论,打破原有管理的惯性思维,提高了工作效率,提升了顾客满意度,增强了团队合作精神。
The purpose of the ISO9001 standardization management based on the use of process reengineering management theory of disinfection supply room process to rebuild and optimize the supply room management of scientific, standardized and refined. Methods Through the study and training, process reengineering, implementation and improvement, inspection and evaluation of four stages, transformation of operational processes. Results The work quality of the disinfection supply room, the satisfaction of the clinical departments with the supply room and the satisfaction of the staff of the supply room with the work were significantly improved compared with that before the implementation of the process reengineering. Conclusion The disinfection supply room uses the ISO9001 quality management system and the process reengineering management theory to break the inertial thinking of the original management, improve work efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction and enhance team spirit.
