近年来,“走基层、转作风、改文风”的活动在新闻战线上得到了不断开展与推进,这对提高新闻工作者的社会责任感和使命感具有十分重要的现实意义,有利于我国新闻工作长效机制的积极构建。对此,本文在分析新时期“走转改”活动的时代意义的基础上,重点分析了“走转改”活动对于新闻工作者的积极作用,最后就如何在“走转改”活动中加强新闻工作者队伍建设的相关问题进行研究,旨在推进我国新闻工作者深入基层和群众工作机制的建立,促进新闻行业的职业化建设。
