醚是一类有一定水溶性的中性化合物,平均每个氧原子分担两个亚甲基的醚能与水混溶,典型的例子是二甲醚、乙二醇二甲醚、多乙二醇二甲醚、甲基纤维素等。三(甲氧甲基)甲基赋予它的衍生物以较大的水溶性,例如三(甲氧甲基)甲醇、三(甲氧甲基)乙酸等。本文通过Schotten-Baumann反应以三(甲氧甲基)乙酰氯合成三(甲氧甲基)乙酰氨基酸以观察这个水溶性基因助长水溶性的能力,合成了九个氨基酸和一个甘甘二肽

Tri (methoxymethyl) methyl gives its derivatives greater water solubility, such as tris (methoxymethyl) methanol, tris (methoxymethyl) acetic acid and the like. In this paper, tris (methoxymethyl) acetyl-amino acid was synthesized by Schotten-Baumann reaction with tris (methoxymethyl) acetyl chloride to observe the ability of this water-soluble gene to promote water-solubility. Nine amino acids and one glycyl dipeptide
