循证医学是以证据为基础的医学,循证医学在耳鼻咽喉科学的应用即为循证耳鼻咽喉科学。其主要实施策略是发现和提出问题;寻求实验室或者文献中的有价值证据;进行实验或方法学的评价;应用于临床医学实践中;评价实践结果。探讨循证医学和循证耳鼻咽喉科学对耳鼻咽喉科学的学科发展和临床工作开展的重要意义。
Evidence-based medicine is based on evidence-based medicine. The application of evidence-based medicine in otolaryngology is evidence-based otolaryngology. Its main implementation strategy is to find and raise questions; to seek valuable evidence in the laboratory or in the literature; to conduct experiments or methodological evaluations; to apply it in clinical practice; to evaluate the results of practice. To explore the importance of evidence-based medicine and evidence-based otolaryngology in the academic development and clinical work of otolaryngology.
