以成庄矿15#煤为例研究晋城矿区地质条件以及岩石的物理性质等特征,探讨在开采成庄矿15#煤时选用的支架类型。经过对晋城矿区的实地观测,并采集一定量的标本,通过利用简支梁、悬臂梁、固支梁等模型计算顶板、底板、采场围岩和瓦斯的条件来确定15#煤层开采时支架的选用。由此得出在开采晋煤成庄矿地区15#煤时,顶板分类不变,支架支护强度仍为1.73 MPa,可以选用1.75 m宽度的四柱支撑掩护式支架,此时支架合理工作阻力为13 000 kN,支架的初撑力为9 600 kN。
Taking Zhuangzhuang 15 # coal as an example, this paper studied the geological conditions of Jincheng mining area and the physical properties of rocks, and explored the types of stents to be used in the mining of 15 # coal in Chengzhuang Mine.
