研制了测量生物细胞内及临床微量体液中钾离子活度的缬氨霉素聚氯乙烯(PVC)膜钾离子选择性双管复合型微电极。电极尖端直径约为2μm,线性响应范围为10~(-1)~10~(-5)MK~+。电极有较强的抗Li~+、Na~+、NH_4~+,Mg~(1+)、Ca~(1+)等离子的干扰能力。通过实验探讨了敏感膜中各组分的含量对电极性能的影响,并确定了各组分的最佳配比。比较了癸二酸二丁酯(DBS)及邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯(DOP)为增塑剂的钾微电极性能,结果表明,DOP增塑的钾微电极选择性较好,但斜率低、电阻大、响应慢。采用DBS为增塑剂的微电极较适用于生物细胞内钾的测量。该电极曾应用于临床微量试样及动物组织中钾离子的测量,结果良好。
A potassium-selective dual-tube composite microelectrode for valinomycin polyvinyl chloride (PVC) membrane was developed to measure the activity of potassium ions in biological cells and clinical micro fluid. The tip diameter of the electrode is about 2μm and the linear response range is 10 ~ (-1) ~ 10 ~ (-5) MK ~ +. The electrode has strong anti-Li ~ +, Na ~ +, NH_4 ~ +, Mg ~ (1 +), Ca ~ (1 +) plasma interference ability. The effects of the content of each component in the sensitive membrane on the performance of the electrode were discussed experimentally, and the best ratio of each component was determined. The performance of potassium microelectrode with dibutyl sebacate (DBS) and di-n-octyl phthalate (DOP) as plasticizer was compared. The results showed that DOP plasticized potassium microelectrode had better selectivity, but the slope Low, high resistance, slow response. Microelectrodes using DBS as plasticizer are more suitable for the measurement of potassium in biological cells. The electrode has been used in clinical trace samples and animal tissue potassium ion measurements, the results were good.
