对新型非砂轮磨削工具——单层钎焊砂盘的硬质合金磨粒在基体上的分布进行了初步研究 ,砂盘作为一种手握粗磨削工具 ,降低磨削力是最重要的 ,文中借鉴砂带及单层高温钎焊超硬磨料砂轮的一些研究 ,提出了砂盘的磨粒在基体上有序性分布的概念 ,将此概念应用于砂盘钎焊制造工艺上 ,在相同的制造工艺和磨削深度条件下 ,对得到的磨粒有序性及无序性分布的砂盘进行了磨削对比实验。结果表明 ,砂盘磨粒的有序性分布能显著降低其磨削力。此概念也可应用于国内正在开展的单层高温钎焊超硬磨料砂轮研究
The distribution of cemented carbide abrasive grains on the substrate of a new type of non-grinding wheel grinding tool - single-layer brazing sand disc was preliminarily studied. As a hand-held coarse grinding tool, sand disc is the most important factor to reduce grinding force , This paper draws on some studies on abrasive belts and single-layer high-temperature brazing superabrasive grinding wheels, puts forward the concept that the abrasive grains of the abrasive discs are distributed on the matrix in an orderly manner, and applies the concept to the manufacturing process of sand disc brazing. In the same manufacturing process and depth of grinding conditions, the orderliness of the abrasive particles and disordered distribution of the abrasive discs were compared with grinding experiments. The results show that the orderliness distribution of abrasive grains can significantly reduce the grinding force. This concept can also be applied to the ongoing single-layer high-temperature brazing superabrasive grinding wheel research
