帕金森病是一种常见的神经系统变性疾病,分为多种亚型。近年的分子遗传学研究证实其发病与遗传因素相关,其中家族性帕金森病的疾病基因已分别定位于5个不同位点。本文综述了其研究进展。
Parkinson’s disease is a common degenerative disease of the nervous system, divided into a variety of subtypes. In recent years, molecular genetics studies have confirmed its incidence and genetic factors related to familial Parkinson’s disease disease genes have been located at five different sites. This article reviews the progress of its research.
