应对高房价,深圳这一步走对了。近日发布的深圳市“十三五”住房保障规划显示,未来5年(2016~2020),深圳将建设保障房40万套,供应保障房35万套,其中70%面向人才分配,到“十三五”末,力争实现保障房与商品住房套数比提高至40%。不是压制房价,而是大面积建设保障房来保护那些被高房价“抛弃”的人群,真正做到了“上帝的归上帝、凯撒的归凯撒”。
