Toray Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. reached an agreement with South Korea’s Woongjin Group to acquire a 56.2% stake in Woongjin Chemical Co., Ltd. of Korea’s Woongjin Group. The final purchase price was 4.3 × 1011 won (about 4.03 × 108 USD) Toray won the negotiated priority on September 27 of the price of 3.7 × 108 US dollars increased.
