In order to find out all the trace elements in the fish meal bait in the mixture of trace elements on the hard trout and salmon caused by the impact of feeding experiments. In the 18-week-old and 54-week-old feeding trials of hard-headed trout, diets supplemented with no trace elements were used. As a result, the test fish grew slowly and the ingestion rate was low. The most noticeable appearance of the fodder fed with the deficient diet for 14 weeks is that it shows cataract and body shortness in the lens of the eye. At the end of the 18th week of feeding, the deformities of the eyes and fish reached 86% and 31%, respectively. In a 13-week short-term feeding that removed all the trace elements from the bait, the fry of both salmon and hard-headed trout had ocular cataracts associated with ophthalmia and growth retardation. The former (Referring to salmon) still had higher mortality but no fish with short bodies were found. These results demonstrate that supplementation of hard trout and salmon with trace elements is essential even with white fish meal containing many inorganic species as protein source. Lack of these trace elements can adversely affect normal growth, appearance and eye health.
