一个学校管理水平的高低是这个学校管理决策水平高低的体现,自从中小学开始实行以校长对学校的决策管理负责的制度以来,使得学校在管理决策水平有了很大的提升,但是随着社会的发展与进步,这种制度所存在的问题也在一天天的显现出来,使得人们对于学校的管理决策开始越来越重视,本文对于现在中小学在于管理决策上存在的问题作了分析与探讨,并提出了几点解决的措施。
The level of a school’s management reflects the level of decision-making in schools.
