渝东南片区的生态产业发展具有主体功能分区的定位优势、富集的资源优势、明显的政策优势等,同时生态产业面临着缺乏规模支撑、技术支撑、环境支撑等困境。必须摸清发展生态产业的有利因素和不利因素,找准发展生态产业的主要领域,形成渝东南生态保护发展区的生态产业发展体系,从法律、政策、技术、文化等方面构建该地区生态产业发展的支撑体系。
