高分辨率测温技术是海底热流探测中的关键技术之一.本文基于测温精度高、稳定性良好的Pt1000铂电阻,采用电桥反转激励电路原理设计了一种低噪声、高分辨率测温电路.海底原位测试结果表明:基于该电路原理的第1版电路板(V1)在1.2°C~2.7°C的温度波动量为1.960~1.990mK,峰-峰值分辨率为0.980~0.995mK;第2版电路板(V2)在1.2°C~1.3°C的温度波动量为2.260mK,峰-峰值分辨率为1.130mK.这说明本文已经实现了Pt1000铂电阻的mK级高分辨率测温.将该测温方案应用于海底热流探测技术中,可获得较高精度的地热参数,且由峰-峰值分辨率带来的地温梯度测量误差将在3%以内.
