抗菌药物有时要联合应用,因为两种药可能较单个药更为有效。但合并用药时偶而可产生拮抗作用和效力较单独用药为差的情况,致使效果还不如单独用药好。
Antimicrobials are sometimes used in combination as two drugs may be more effective than a single drug. However, the combination of medication occasionally can produce antagonism and efficacy compared with the drug alone is poor, resulting in the effect is not as good as single medication.
