以废胶粉和重交沥青为主要原料,添加抗老化剂、稳定剂和增溶剂,运用湿法制得RBF型橡胶沥青。并掺配到不同新、旧沥青混合料比例组成的再生沥青混合料(RAM)中,测其水稳定性,高温抗车辙性,低温抗裂性等路用性能。试验结果表明,废橡胶粉掺量为15%时橡胶沥青性能最佳,RBF型橡胶沥青使再生沥青混合料的高温稳定性提高了1—2倍,低温抗裂性能提高了35%左右,水稳定性提高了10%左右。废料利用率在40%—60%时,再生沥青混合料具有较强的路用性能。
Using waste rubber powder and heavy cross asphalt as main raw materials, anti-aging agent, stabilizer and solubilizer are added, and RBF rubber asphalt is prepared by wet method. And blended into the recycled asphalt mixture (RAM) composed of different proportion of new and old asphalt mixture to measure the road performance such as water stability, high temperature anti-rutting resistance and low temperature crack resistance. The test results show that the best performance of rubber asphalt is 15% waste rubber powder, the RBF rubber asphalt improves the high temperature stability of recycled asphalt mixture by 1-2 times and low temperature crack resistance by 35% Stability increased by about 10%. When the utilization rate of waste is between 40% and 60%, the recycled asphalt mixture has strong road performance.
