黄柏河、下牢溪特大桥(简称两桥)是长江三峡工程对外交通专用公路上的两座特大桥,桥面铺装选用钢钎维砼(SFRC)。两桥均为钢管砼拱桥,桥跨由4孔20m 后张法预应力砼 T 型梁+160m 上承式敞肩钢管砼拱+1孔20m 后张法预应力砼 T 型梁组成。拱上梁跨为边跨各1孔13m、中间14孔10m 钢筋砼空心板梁。两桥桥长分别为286.71m 和280.06m,桥面宽18.5m。桥面铺装采用10cm 厚 SFRC,其内加铺一层金属扩张网,以形成复合式连续桥面。在两桥 SFRC 的施工中,我们曾就其配合比设计、投料搅拌工艺等方面作了研究和试验。
Huangbaihe, Xiajianxi Bridge (referred to as the two bridges) is the Yangtze River Three Gorges Project on the highway for the two extra large bridges, bridge deck pavement selection of steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC). The two bridges are all concrete-filled steel tube arch bridges. The bridge is composed of 4-hole 20m post-tensioned prestressed concrete T-beam + 160m bearing steel-concrete arch with 1 hole and 20m post-tensioned prestressed concrete T-beam. Arch beam across the side of the cross-hole 13m, the middle 14 holes 10m reinforced concrete hollow slabs. The length of the two bridges is 286.71m and 280.06m respectively, and the width of the bridge is 18.5m. Deck pavement using 10cm thick SFRC, which adds a layer of metal mesh expansion to form a composite continuous deck. In the construction of the two bridges SFRC, we have made its research and experiments on its mix design, feeding mixing process.
