目的探讨七氟醚对内毒素性急性肺损伤大鼠肺组织的保护作用。方法选择12只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为两组各6只,观察组使用吸入七氟醚1.5%~2.0%,对照组仅单纯吸入氧气,比较两组大鼠DAD各项目评分以及白细胞计数、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果观察组白细胞计数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组肺泡纤维素渗出、肺泡出血、肺间质水肿、肺泡和肺间质中性粒细胞聚集评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论七氟醚能减少急性肺损伤大鼠的炎症反应,降低体内白细胞数量,具有一定的肺保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of sevoflurane on lung tissue of rats with endotoxin-induced acute lung injury. Methods Twelve male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups of 6 rats. The observation group received inhaled sevoflurane 1.5% -2.0%. The control group only inhaled oxygen. The scores of DAD in each group and the white blood cell count , Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) levels. Results The number of leukocytes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the level of TNF-α in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The alveolar-cellulose exudation, alveolar hemorrhage, interstitial edema, PMN aggregation scores were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Sevoflurane can reduce the inflammatory response in rats with acute lung injury, reduce the number of white blood cells in vivo, with some lung protection.
