一、问题的提出2015年3月5日十二届全国人大三次会议上,李克强总理在政府工作报告中首次提出“互联网+”行动计划。教育领域也属于“互联网+”行动计划范围,其中,职业教育因为具备“相对不封闭、跟各行业结合紧密”的特性,使得它成为“互联网+教育”可率先尝试的领域。在“互联网+”这一种新的经济形态下,从职业教育入手,利用互联网这一开放平台,建立职业教育诸多生态要素,譬如行业、企业、学校、教师、学生、课程、技能等
I. Issues raised March 5, 2015 At the Third Session of the 12th NPC, Premier Li Keqiang first proposed the “Internet +” plan of action in the government work report. The field of education also falls within the scope of the “Internet +” plan of action, in which vocational education has become the first attempt at “Internet + Education” because of its “relatively non-closed and close integration with various industries” field. Under the new economic pattern of “Internet + ”, starting from vocational education, we use the Internet as an open platform to establish many ecological elements of vocational education, such as industries, enterprises, schools, teachers, students, curricula, skills, etc.
