引论 大多数电子光学器件的调制传递函数都满足普遍方程。 T(f)=exp~(-(f/fe)~n) (1)函数T(f)是无噪声正弦波调制传递函数。f是空间频率(周/mm)fe是“空间频率常数”(周/mm),n是器件指数。许多设计者给出了各种器件的调制传递函数的例子,并且比较了相同器件的频率特性。最后在比较不同类型的器件后,产生—些普遍的结论。对于器件和系统观点来说,这种表示特性的方法的有效率是很重要的。
Introduction The modulation transfer functions of most electronic optics satisfy the general equation. (1) The function T (f) is a noiseless sinusoidal modulation transfer function. f is the spatial frequency (cycles / mm) fe is the “space frequency constant” (cycles / mm) and n is the device index. Many designers give examples of modulation transfer functions for various devices and compare the frequency characteristics of the same device. Finally, after comparing different types of devices, there are some general conclusions. The efficiency of this method of representing characteristics is important for both device and system point of view.
