本文报道用不同剂量~(60)Coγ线照射离体血液后淋巴细胞染色体畸变的结果。染色体断片、双着、着环、易位、四倍体细胞和总畸变率均随照射剂量增加而升高。用电子计算机处理数据表明,四倍体细胞与剂量呈线性回归(R=0.966492),其余均为幂函数关系(R≥0.990373)。在观察到的1103个双着丝点体中,有194个无伴随的断片,占总数17.59%。比较不同供血者的血样,双核淋巴细胞率、四倍体细胞率和D/D+F比率越高者,其总畸变细胞率就越低,这种情况往往发生在淋巴细胞转化率低的供血者。资料表明人体的免疫反应程度可影响到畸变细胞的数目。
This article reports the results of chromosomal aberrations of lymphocytes after ex vivo blood irradiation with different dose of ~ (60) Coγ ray. Chromosome fragmentation, double-bearing, ring, translocation, tetraploid cells and total aberration rates increased with increasing radiation dose. Data processing with a computerized computer showed a linear regression of the tetraploid cells to the dose (R = 0.966492) and the rest were power functions (R> 0.90373).
