一、引言 流化床燃烧作为燃烧设备解决能源问题已得到越来越广泛的应用。点火引燃是运行中第一个需要解决的问题,研究流化床点火对于方便地操作点火以及点火过程自动控制有重要意义。自六十年代把流态化技术作为燃烧设备以来,国内外对点火引燃作了大量工作,创造了很多点燃方法。本文讨论了采用进气管道内可燃气燃烧升温的引燃方法,试验和理论研究了煤的挥发份、底料热值、流化速度、进气温度、床体初始状态对引燃流化床的影响以及撤点火源的合适时机。
