目的观察T淋巴细胞亚群在鼻咽非角化鳞状细胞癌中的表达情况,探讨免疫细胞的变化在鼻咽癌发生发展中的意义。方法通过免疫组化SP法和免疫组化双染法检测CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4FoxP3和CD8FoxP3在101例鼻咽癌和21例鼻咽黏膜慢性炎中的表达。结果 CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4FoxP3、CD8FoxP3在鼻咽癌组与黏膜慢性炎组之间的表达差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。CD3+、CD4+FoxP3+、CD8+FoxP3+T细胞在分化型非角化鳞状细胞癌和未分化型鳞状细胞癌中的表达差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论鼻咽非角化鳞状细胞癌中,T淋巴细胞亚群数量变化提示了机体免疫功能低下,为鼻咽癌的发生发展提供了良好的条件。不同分化程度的鼻咽癌肿瘤微环境内的免疫状态不同。
Objective To observe the expression of T lymphocyte subsets in nasopharyngeal non-keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma and to explore the significance of the changes of immune cells in the occurrence and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods The expressions of CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4FoxP3 and CD8FoxP3 in 101 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 21 cases of chronic nasopharyngeal mucosal inflammation were detected by immunohistochemical SP method and immunohistochemical double staining. Results The expressions of CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4FoxP3 and CD8FoxP3 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and chronic mucosa were all significantly different (P <0.05). The expression of CD3 +, CD4 + FoxP3 +, CD8 + FoxP3 + T cells in differentiated non-keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma and undifferentiated squamous cell carcinoma had statistical significance, P <0.05. Conclusions The number of T lymphocyte subsets in nasopharyngeal non-keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma is a sign of poor immune function and provides a good condition for the occurrence and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Different degrees of differentiation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma within the immune environment within the microenvironment.
