1990年2月至2003年3月,我院采用息肉圈套器切割治疗巨大胃石11例,疗效显著,报道如下。一、临床资料:11例胃石中女7例,男4例,年龄平均45.5岁。就诊前有进食较多山植、柿子史。胃石3.5～7.5cm不等。其中10例合并胃溃疡。二、器械:Pentax EG-2940型胃镜,大椭圆形息肉套圈,注药喷管。三、操作方法:术前肌肉注射654-2 10mg,其它准
From February 1990 to March 2003, 11 cases of giant gastric stone were treated with polyps snare in our hospital, and the curative effect was significant.
