本文报道了用60 Coγ射线辐照对墨兰根状茎生长和分化的效应。结果表明 ,低剂量 (0 2、0 5、8Gy)辐照能促进根状茎旺盛生长 ,随着辐射剂量的增大 ,根状茎的生长受到抑制 ,甚至死亡 ;低剂量辐照根状茎 ,其绿芽分化能力未受影响。对辐照根状茎生化指标的分析表明 ,低剂量 (2、5、8Gy)辐照使根状茎体内可溶性蛋白质含量增加明显 ,过氧化物酶 (POD)活性的变化趋势不一 ,2和 5Gy的低剂量辐照使根状茎POD活性稍有降低 ,8Gy的辐照使POD活性显著升高 ,说明一定水平的低剂量可诱导根状茎POD活性增强 ,从而增强抗辐照损伤的能力
This paper reports the effect of irradiation with 60 Co gamma radiation on the growth and differentiation of rhizomes. The results showed that irradiation with low dose (0, 20, 5, and 8 Gy) could promote the vigorous growth of rhizomes. With the increase of radiation dose, the growth of rhizomes was inhibited and even died. Low dose radiation rhizome , Its green shoot differentiation ability was not affected. The analysis of biochemical indexes of rhizome showed that the content of soluble protein in rhizome increased obviously at low dose (2,5,8Gy), and the change tendency of peroxidase (POD) The low dose of 5 Gy caused a slight decrease of POD activity in rhizomes and a significant increase of POD activity in irradiated roots of 8 Gy, indicating that certain level of low dose could induce the enhancement of POD activity in rhizomes and enhance the ability of anti-irradiation damage.
