鹤岗市人民医院坐落在“三金”之称的鹤岗市繁华的中心地带。医院承担着鹤岗地区120万人口的医疗、预防、保健、康复、急诊急救等工作任务。医院现有床位500张,职工710人;其中正高职10人、副高职44人、中级职称266人;医院下设两个分院,一个急救中心,担负着全市的急诊急救任务;医院现开设神经外科、神经内科、普外科、骨外科、肿瘤科、眼科、口腔科、耳鼻喉科、泌尿外科等40个业务科室。拥有MRI、CT机、彩色多普勒、全自动生化仪等大型医疗设备20台(件)。
