第二颈椎(C_2)肥大征是指外伤后常规颈椎X线侧位片上C_2椎体前、后缘之间的距离与C_3椎体相比明显增加。它是由于C_2椎体的斜行骨折导致椎体的前缘或后缘移位或前、后缘同时移位,从而导致前、后缘之间的距离增加。在侧位X线片上,骨折线能否被观察到取决于骨折面在冠状位上倾斜的角度。C_2肥大征提示存在伴有骨折片移位的不稳定骨折,需要进一步影俾学检查。它可能由C_2椎体的复杂纵行骨折、低位齿状突骨折或不典型外伤性椎体
The second cervical (C 2) hypertrophy sign refers to the distance between the anteroposterior and trailing edges of C 2 vertebral body in conventional cervical X-ray films after trauma is obviously higher than that of C 3 vertebral body. It is due to diagonal C 2 vertebral fractures lead to the vertebral body leading edge or trailing edge displacement or the front and rear edge simultaneously displaced, leading to the front and rear edge of the distance between the increase.
