本文论述了基层图书馆在构建公共文化服务体系中所承担的角色和职责,提出通过创新基层图书馆现行管理与服务模式,充分发挥基层图书馆的社会职责,切实保障基层群众享有公共文化服务的权利。
This paper discusses the roles and responsibilities of grassroots libraries in building a public cultural service system. It proposes that by innovating the current management and service model of grassroots libraries, giving full play to the social responsibilities of grassroots libraries, and earnestly protecting grassroots public enjoyment of public cultural services right.
