教师教育观念的转变和教学行为的变革直接影响教育质量的提高,是教育改革的核心问题。本文采用问卷对231名边境少数民族地区中小学教师的教育观念进行调查,在分析数据的基础上发现其教育观念中存在的问题并探寻原因,从而提出一些改进建议。
The change of teachers’ educational concept and the change of teaching behavior directly affect the improvement of education quality, which is the core issue of education reform. This paper investigates the educational concepts of 231 primary and secondary school teachers in border ethnic minority areas using questionnaires. Based on the analysis of the data, it finds out the problems in their educational concepts and probes into the causes, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
