采用2003-2006年从福建省5个稻瘟病重发病区分离87个菌系对生产上应用的10个杂交稻亲本和4个抗源材料进行接种抗性鉴定,结果表明:在10个杂交稻亲本中,不育系谷丰A抗性最好,抗性频率为97.7%,多系1号、亚恢627和蜀恢527表现也较好,抗性频率分别为85.9%、85.1%和80.5%,而其它普遍表现感病,其抗性频率均小于28%,继续利用这些抗稻瘟病差的亲本之间进行配制的组合在生产上应用潜在稻瘟病流行的威胁。4个稻瘟病抗源的抗性频率都在85%以上。4个抗源与10个杂交稻亲本的两搭配后联合抗病性系数都在0.87以上,说明利用这4个抗性基因可用于杂交稻的稻瘟病抗性改良。
In this paper, 87 bacterial strains isolated from 5 rice blast disease reclamation areas in Fujian Province from 2003 to 2006 were used to evaluate the resistance of 10 hybrid rice parents and 4 anti-seed materials used in production. The results showed that in 10 hybrid rice The parents had the best resistance to Gufeng A, with the frequency of resistance being 97.7%, the multiple lines No.1, Yahui 627 and Shuhui 527 performed better, and the resistance frequency was 85.9%, 85.1% and 80.5 %, While others are generally susceptible and their frequency of resistance is less than 28%. The combination of these poor parents against rice blast continues to be used to threaten the production potential of the potential blast. Four rice blast resistance frequency of resistance are more than 85%. The combined disease resistance coefficients of the four antigens and the 10 hybrid rice parents were above 0.87, indicating that the four resistance genes can be used for improving the resistance of the rice blast to rice blast.
