目的了解四君子汤药膳对严重烫伤大鼠免疫功能紊乱的调理作用。方法将90只健康Wistar大鼠造成30%TBSAⅢ度烫伤后,按照完全随机法分为药膳喂养组30只、肉汤喂养组30只、常规喂养组30只;另设对照组10只(模拟烫伤)。药膳喂养组大鼠烫伤后按常规复苏及处理创面,分笼饲养,并于伤后2h开始向胃内灌注37℃的四君子汤药膳,2ml/次、2次/d;肉汤喂养组除灌注肉汤外,其余处理同前;常规喂养组伤后常规处理,自由进食、饮水。前3组大鼠于伤后3、7、14d检测T淋巴细胞亚群和天然杀伤(NK)细胞的活性,血浆IgA、IgG、IgM、C3、C4水平,肠道分泌型IgA (sIgA)水平;对照组亦行相应检测。结果前3组大鼠伤后大部分时相点各项指标(除CD8~+T淋巴细胞活性外)均低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。伤后3~14d,药膳喂养组sIgA水平为(50±8)~(57±11)μg/ml,明显高于其他2个致伤组水平(P<0.05或P<0.01);其余免疫指标组间比较结果与此相似。结论四君子汤药膳可以改善严重烫伤大鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的分布,提高NK细胞活性,促进血浆IgA、IgM、IgG、C3、C4水平的恢复和肠黏膜细胞sIgA的分泌,从而改善机体免疫功能。
Objective To understand the effect of Sijunzi Decoction on immune dysfunction in severe scald rats. Methods Thirty-nine healthy Wistar rats were treated with 30% TBSA III degree scald. They were randomly divided into three groups: 30 in the dietary feeding group, 30 in the broth feeding group and 30 in the conventional feeding group; 10 in the control group (simulated scald) ). After scald, the rats in the medicated feeding group were treated by routine resuscitation and wound treatment. The wounds were fed in separate cages. The infusion of Sijunzi Decoction at 37°C, 2ml/time, and 2 times/day was started at 2 hours after the injury. The broth feeding group was given perfusion. After the broth, the rest of the treatment was the same as before; the conventional feeding group was treated routinely after injury and was allowed to eat freely and drink water. The activity of T-lymphocyte subsets and natural killer (NK) cells, plasma IgA, IgG, IgM, C3, C4 levels and intestinal secretory IgA (sIgA) levels were measured on the 3rd, 7th, and 14th day after injury in the first 3 groups of rats. The control group also tested accordingly. Results In the first three groups of rats, most of the indicators (excluding CD8~+T lymphocyte activity) were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). 3 to 14 days after injury, the sIgA level in the diet fed group was (50±8) to (57±11) μg/ml, which was significantly higher than that in the other two groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01); The comparison between groups is similar to this. Conclusion Sijunzi Decoction can improve the distribution of T-lymphocyte subsets in severely burned rats, increase the activity of NK cells, promote the recovery of plasma IgA, IgM, IgG, C3, C4 levels and secretion of sIgA in intestinal mucosal cells, thereby improving the body’s immune function. .
