结合服役工况,通过理化性能检测,对某钻井过程中发生的钻杆外螺纹接头断裂事故原因进行了分析。结果表明,钻杆外螺纹接头的断裂主要是由于钻井过程中钻杆外螺纹接头锥面斜坡位置堆积了大量岩屑,堵塞了泥浆通道,导致泥浆循环不畅,在钻杆旋转过程中,外螺纹接头与堆积岩屑之间发生剧烈摩擦导致其局部温度迅速升高,钻杆接头承载能力大幅度下降,在拉伸和扭转载荷作用下发生塑性断裂。
Combining with the service conditions, through the physical and chemical performance testing, the cause of the breakage of the drill pipe threaded joint occurred in a drilling process was analyzed. The results show that the fracture of the drill pipe male connector is mainly due to the accumulation of a large amount of cuttings at the taper of the drill pipe male connector during the drilling process, blocking the passage of the mud, resulting in poor mud circulation. During the rotation of the drill pipe, Severe friction between the threaded joints and the accumulated cuttings resulted in the rapid increase of the local temperature and the significant decrease in the bearing capacity of the drill pipe joint. The plastic fracture occurred under the tensile and torsional loads.
