目的 探讨肺结核患者免疫功能及固本咳喘冲剂对肺结核伴慢性支气管炎患者免疫功能的影响。方法 采用直接法测定41例肺结核患者及40例健康人外周血T细胞亚群,并进行比较,同时观察痰菌及PPD与外周血T细胞亚群的关系。对其中10例肺结核伴慢性支气管炎应用固本咳喘冲剂的前后进行配对比较。结果 肺结核患者较健康人CD+3、CD+4、CD+4/CD+8降低,CD+8增高(P<0.01);痰菌阳性较痰菌阴性者CD+4降低(P<0.05),CD+4/CD+8降低(P<0.01);PPD阳性与PPD阴性之间比较差异无显著意义。固本咳喘冲剂治疗后CD+3、CD+4、CD+4/CD+8较治疗前增高(P<0.01)。结论 T细胞亚群的变化可以反应结核病患者机体的细胞免疫水平,固本咳喘冲剂可改善机体的免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the immune function of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and Guben Kechuan granules on the immune function of patients with tuberculosis and chronic bronchitis. Methods T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of 41 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and 40 healthy controls were determined by direct method and compared with each other. The relationship between sputum bacteria and PPD and T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood was also observed. Ten cases of tuberculosis with chronic bronchitis cough and asthma cough granules before and after the comparison. Results The levels of CD + 3, CD + 4, CD 4 + CD 8, and CD 8 in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were significantly lower than those in patients with sputum negative (P <0.05) , CD + 4 / CD + 8 (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between PPD positive and PPD negative. The levels of CD + 3, CD + 4 and CD + 4 / CD + 8 in Gugan Kechuang Granules were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.01). Conclusion The changes of T cell subsets can reflect the level of cellular immunity in tuberculosis patients. Guben Kechuan granules can improve the immune function.
