介绍了流化床沉淀塔在沉淀优质粗粒重铀酸盐工业生产中的应用结果。生产结果表明 ,以流化床沉淀法沉淀出的重铀酸盐产品 w(U)在 6 0 %以上 ,w(H2 O)在 31%~ 5 3%之间 ,杂质的质量分数符合部颁标准。与常规搅拌沉淀法相比 ,流化床沉淀法的产品质量好 ,设备基建投资少 ,而且劳动强度低 ,生产环境好 ,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
The application of the fluidized bed sedimentation tower in the industrial production of high quality coarse grained uranate was introduced. The results show that the mass fraction of heavy uranate precipitated by fluidized bed precipitation is above 60% and the content of w (H 2 O) is 31% ~ 53% standard. Compared with the conventional stirred precipitation method, the fluidized bed precipitation method has good product quality, less capital investment in equipment, low labor intensity, good production environment, and obvious economic and social benefits.
