采用多元线性回归方法,对陕西龙钢连铸拉坯过程中实际生产数据进行分析,得到Q235钢铸坯中间裂纹级别与钢水中C、Si、Mn、S、P的含量、连铸主要工艺参数如钢水温度、拉坯速度、比水量的多元线性回归方程。结果表明:C和Mn的含量以及拉坯速度是影响Q235钢铸坯中间裂纹级别的最主要的因素,其他因素对其影响较小;控制好C含量,适当减少Mn含量,适当降低并稳定拉速,有利于改善铸坯中间裂纹。
The multivariate linear regression method was used to analyze the actual production data during the process of continuous casting from Longgang in Shaanxi Province. The content of C, Si, Mn, S and P in Q235 steel slab was obtained, and the main technological parameters of continuous casting Such as the molten steel temperature, casting speed, specific water multiple linear regression equation. The results showed that the content of C and Mn and the casting speed were the most important factors that affected the intermediate crackle of Q235 steel slab. Other factors had little effect on it. Controlling the content of C, reducing the content of Mn appropriately, reducing and stabilizing Speed, help to improve the middle of the slab cracks.
