教学管理作为高职院校管理的核心,一直备受重视,然而过去的教学管理大多停留在局部层面,比如教学大纲、人才培养方案等,很少利用教育生态学视角进行理解和分析。本文主要阐述了教育生态学基本原理,列举了新形势下高职院校教学管理存在的问题,并以教育生态学的观点和理论进行了具体的对策研究。
As the core of the management of higher vocational colleges, teaching management has always been valued. However, most of the teaching management in the past stayed at the local level, such as teaching syllabus and personnel training programs, rarely used the perspective of educational ecology to understand and analyze. This paper mainly expounds the basic principles of educational ecology, lists the problems existing in the teaching management of higher vocational colleges under the new situation, and carries out specific countermeasures based on the views and theories of educational ecology.
