1982年,农场在地膜植棉中,由于落实了生产责任制和重视了科学种田,涌现了不少高产纪录。 142团场团部园林班种植的14.1亩地膜棉花,共收籽棉13,241.2斤,折合亩产皮棉312.7斤。141团场六连余言仁一家包产86亩,总产籽棉5.2万余斤,百分之九十五都是一级优质棉花,平均单产皮棉203.4斤。125团场21连农工贾清杰一人承包7.1亩地膜棉花,共收皮棉1,934.75斤,平均亩产皮棉272.5斤。他们分别创造了所在团场植棉的最高纪录,受到了各级领导的重视和奖励,如余吉仁家获得超产奖金4,600元。
