对罗氏公司 Glucotrend血糖仪和 Advantage血糖仪的实验性能作评价。实验结果说明 ,两台血糖仪的重复性 CV <5 %。 Advantage血糖仪的可报告范围可达 2 4m mol/ L ,但 Glucotrend血糖仪可报告范围小于 15mm ol/ L。和己糖激酶法的血清葡萄糖结果作方法学比较 ,两台血糖仪引入的总误差水平都小于 2 0 %。但同一台血糖仪上血浆与全血的结果有差异 ,两种血糖仪间的结果亦有差异。因此 ,现有结果说明 POCT血糖仪可作血糖检测的筛选 ,但其准确性不能替代检验科葡萄糖定量测定
Evaluation of the experimental performance of the Roche Glucotrend glucose meter and the Advantage glucose meter. The experimental results show that the repeatability CV of the two blood glucose meters is < 5 %. The reportable range of the Advantage glucometer is up to 2 4m mol/L, but the Glucotrend glucometer can report a range of less than 15mmol/L. Compared with the hexokinase method of serum glucose results, the total error introduced by the two blood glucose meters was less than 20%. However, the results of plasma and whole blood on the same blood glucose meter are different, and the results between the two blood glucose meters are also different. Therefore, the existing results indicate that the POCT blood glucose meter can be used as a screening for blood glucose detection, but its accuracy cannot substitute for the quantitative determination of glucose in the laboratory.
