矿石中微量磷的测定一般采用磷钼蓝光度法,灵敏度不太高。本文试验了在聚乙烯醇存在下,用孔雀绿—钼磷杂多酸直接光度法测定矿石中微量磷,测定范围为0~8μg,方法灵敏度高(ε=9.4×10~4),操作简便。实验部分一试剂磷标准溶液:用基准KH_2PO_4配制100μg ml~(-1)磷的贮备液,用时配成2μg ml~(-1)稀溶液。钼酸铵-硫酸溶液:将50克钼酸铵溶解于1升10N硫酸溶液中,混匀。聚乙烯醇溶液:0.1%,称1克聚乙烯醇溶解于100ml热水中。孔雀绿溶液:0.1%,用时与聚乙烯醇溶液等体积混合。二实验方法
Determination of trace phosphorus in ore generally used phosphomolybdenum blue luminosity method, the sensitivity is not too high. In this paper, the determination of trace phosphorus in ore by malachite-molybdophosphoric acid heteropolyacid spectrophotometry in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol was studied. The determination range was 0 ~ 8μg, and the method was sensitive (ε = 9.4 × 10 ~ 4) . Experimental part of a reagent phosphorus standard solution: Prepared with reference KH_2PO_4 100μg ml -1 phosphorus stock solution, when dubbed 2μg ml -1 diluted solution. Ammonium molybdate-sulfuric acid solution: Dissolve 50 grams of ammonium molybdate in 1 liter of 10N sulfuric acid solution and mix well. Polyvinyl alcohol solution: 0.1%, said 1 g of polyvinyl alcohol dissolved in 100ml hot water. Malachite green solution: 0.1%, with an equal volume of polyvinyl alcohol solution with time.
