本文通过对四川省7所职业学院共560名教师的调查研究,了解其工作满意度总体现状和基于不同个体特征的满意度差异,结合职业教育的特点和本地职业教育的现状,在此基础上提出进一步提升教师满意度的初步建议。
Based on the investigation and study of 560 teachers in 7 vocational schools in Sichuan Province, this article has found out the overall status quo of job satisfaction and the differences in satisfaction based on different individual characteristics. Based on the characteristics of vocational education and the current situation of local vocational education, Proposed to further enhance teacher satisfaction with the initial recommendations.
