创新能力不仅是一个民族、一个社会富有生机与活力的条件,也是一个民族、一个社会文明发展水平的标志,是一个国家综合国力的重要组成部分。教育在培养民族创新精神和培养创造性人才方面,肩负着特殊的使命。中小学音乐教育作为基础教育的重要内容,在培养学生创新实践能力方面更是有着极其突出的作用。正因如此,新一轮课程改革把培养学生的创造能力摆在了首要的位置,《音乐课程标准》将“创造”单独列为一个教学领域,作为音乐教育的一个学习领域,安排相对独立的教学内容,这是我国音乐教育改革的重大突破。
The ability to innovate is not only a nation, a condition full of vigor and vitality in society, but also a symbol of the level of development of a nation and a social civilization and an important component of a country’s overall national strength. Education has a special mission in nurturing national innovation and cultivating creative talents. Music education in primary and secondary schools, as an important part of basic education, plays an extremely prominent role in cultivating students’ ability to innovate and practice. Because of this, a new round of curriculum reform puts the cultivation of students’ creative ability at the top of the list. Music Course Standard lists “Creation ” as a separate teaching area, as a learning area of music education, Independent teaching content, this is a major breakthrough in the reform of music education in our country.
