目的:探讨农村中学教师职业倦怠的现状,为提高农村中学教师的心理健康水平及教学质量提供依据。方法:用《中学教师工作倦怠量表》对155名农村中学教师进行了测查。结果:(1)农村中学教师总体职业倦怠程度不是很严重,但是在精力枯竭维度上较严重;(2)教龄在2-5年和21-26年者倦怠程度最高.且后者高于前者;(3)年龄26-30岁和46-50岁者倦怠程度最高,且后者高于前者;(4)初三教师倦怠高于初一、初二教师;英语教师倦怠程度高于其他科目教师。
Objective: To explore the current situation of occupational burnout among rural middle school teachers and to provide basis for improving the mental health and teaching quality of rural middle school teachers. Methods: 155 middle school teachers in rural middle school were tested with “Middle School Teacher Job Burnout Scale”. Results: (1) The overall occupational burnout of rural middle school teachers is not serious, but more serious in the exhaustion dimension; (2) The burnout is the highest in the two years and two years of 21-26 years, and the latter is higher than the former ; (3) The burnout of 26-30 years old and 46-50 years old is the highest, and the latter is higher than the former; (4) The burnout of the first three teachers is higher than that of the first and second teachers; the degree of burnout of English teachers is higher than other subjects teacher.
