本文分析了锦州市南京路街(路)牌社会用字的情况,对不符合规范的问题进行了分类讨论。分析的主要内容包括街区店名、街(牌)中文用字及外文译写情况,依据《中华人民共和国国家通用语言文字法》、《第一批异体字整理表》、《现代汉语通用字表》、《简化字总表》、《汉语拼音方案》、《关于企业、商店的牌匾、商品包装、广告等正确使用汉字和汉语拼音的若干规定》等社会用字的法律法规,并结合存在的问题探讨了社会用字规范的标准和实践。
This article analyzes the social use of words in Nanjing Road Street (Jinzhou) brand, and discusses the problems that do not conform to the rules. The main contents of the analysis include the name of the street shop, the Chinese characters of the street (sign) and the translating of foreign languages. According to the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Common Language and Written Languages, the First Collective Forms of Collated Chinese and Modern Chinese Word Tables, Laws and Regulations on Social Wording, such as Simplified Chinese Word List, Hanyu Pinyin Scheme, Certain Provisions on the Correct Use of Chinese Characters and Pinyin in Enterprises, Stores, Placards, Commercial Packages, and Advertisements, etc., in combination with existing problems Social norms of standards and practice of words.
