结合连铸二冷水水处理工艺以及连铸二冷区的设备特点,对堵塞物成分、形貌、二冷水质、喷嘴结构以及连铸生产过程中的各主要环节进行了分析,找出了影响二冷区喷嘴堵塞的因素。结果表明:连铸二冷水水质及二冷区主要设备的维护是影响喷嘴堵塞的主要原因。采取措施后,二冷区喷嘴堵塞数量大大减少。
Combined with the secondary cooling water treatment technology of continuous casting and the equipment characteristics of the secondary cooling zone, the main components of plugging composition, topography, secondary cooling water quality, nozzle structure and continuous casting production process were analyzed to find out the influence Second cold zone nozzle clogging factors. The results show that the main reason of nozzle blockage is the water quality of secondary cooling water and the maintenance of main equipment in secondary cooling zone. After taking measures, the number of nozzles in the second cooling zone is greatly reduced.
