目的:探讨低剂量γ射线辐照人全血对血清抗氧化酶活性的影响。方法:20份人全血,以剂量为1Gy的γ射线进行辐照,吸收剂量率为17Gy/min,分别于照射前及照射后1、2h取样检测血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力。结果:离体全血在剂量为1Gyγ射线照射后1h,可见血清中SOD、GR、GSH-Px及CAT活性升高,且均与照射前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);经γ射线照射2h后,除SOD活性与照射后1h差异无统计学意义,GR、GSH-Px及CAT活性进一步升高,与照射后1h比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:离体全血经1Gyγ射线辐照后,血清中主要抗氧化酶活性增高,因此增强抗自由基防御反应。
Objective: To investigate the effect of low dose γ-rays irradiated human whole blood on serum antioxidant enzyme activity. METHODS: Twenty human whole blood were irradiated with 1 Gy γ-rays at a dose rate of 17 Gy / min. The serum levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), glutathione reductase (GR), catalase (CAT) activity. Results: The activities of SOD, GR, GSH-Px and CAT in serum were increased at 1 h after in vitro whole blood exposure, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01) The activity of GR, GSH-Px and CAT increased further 2 h after irradiation, except SOD activity and 1 h after irradiation, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01) 1 h after irradiation. CONCLUSION: After exposure to 1 Gy of isolated whole blood, the activity of major antioxidant enzymes in serum increases, thus enhancing the anti-free radical defense response.
