青浦县实验小学班子建设讲究一个“实”字,在“深协作、导向”上下功夫。“深入”是沉下去抓好各项工作的保证。近年来,班子坚持随堂听课制度,每周在工作繁忙的情况下,至少排出2～3节课深入课堂听课。通过听课,与教师广触,了解教学情况,掌握教师思想动态,发现管理中题,随时调控整个学校的教学情况、教改进程。几年班子同志增强服务意识,经常深入各教研组、年级组活动,定期听取群众评议,改进工作,乐意做教育教作的勤务员。在党政班子中坚持推广岗位目标责任明确岗位职责,要求管理规范。每学年党政领导坚持～2位青年教师建立联系制,着眼于政治上关心、生帮助。联系中,坚持把“爱”作为基点和归宿。
