目的了解昆山市医院消毒质量状况,以便改进医院消毒与感染控制工作。方法采用现场采样检测的方法,对辖区内医院不同消毒处理对象的消毒质量进行监测。结果 2010-2013年共检测样品2 101份,平均总合格率为95.6%。压力蒸汽灭菌器、使用中消毒液和医疗器材合格率均为100%,物体表面、紫外线灯、内镜、医务人员手、室内空气和透析用水合格率依次为99.3%、95.7%、91.2%、90.7%、87.0%和85.7%。结论辖区医院的消毒质量合格率总体较高,但仍存在一些薄弱环节,尤其是室内空气和透析用水质量有待提高。
Objective To understand the quality of hospital disinfection in Kunshan City in order to improve hospital disinfection and infection control. Methods The method of on-site sampling and testing was used to monitor the disinfection quality of different disinfection targets in hospitals in the area. Results A total of 2 101 samples were tested during 2010-2013, with an average total passing rate of 95.6%. The qualified rate of pressure steam sterilizer, disinfectant and medical equipment in use were all 100%. The passing rate of surface, UV lamp, endoscope, medical staff, indoor air and dialysis water were 99.3%, 95.7%, 91.2% , 90.7%, 87.0% and 85.7%. Conclusion The passing rate of disinfection quality in the area hospitals is generally high, but there are still some weak links, especially the quality of indoor air and dialysis water needs to be improved.
