This paper prospectively evaluates the natural history of chronic dual bundle branch and triple bundle branch abnormalities to determine the incidence of cardiac arrest, death, sudden death, and lethal death from bradyarrhythmia and to analyze clinical, electrocardiographic and electrophysiological indices as Methods: Sixty-five (1/2) years, 554 patients were observed, of which 351 were electrophysiological studies, electrophysiological studies showed that the HV interval was 58.8 ± 14.8 ms (normal ≤ 55 ms) ; 46% normal, 54% longer, and 11% longer (> 75 ms).
